Hilda provided one of the best haricut experiences I've ever had. She was very attentive to the details all the way around and took her time to ensure everything was even and cut accurately. I would highly recommend her as a stylist. The cut also only took 15 minutes.

Typically, I don’t drop reviews unless the service is exceptionally good or horrendously bad. Unfortunately, this one falls into the latter category. To my surprise, there was no wait at all, yet my stylist seemed to be in a frantic rush. She hurried through my haircut, and I couldn't help but notice how rough she was cutting my sides. In less than six minutes, she was done. Really? For $30, I’d expect at least ten minutes of focused attention, especially when there are a hundred different places to choose from. I got my haircut two days prior to seeing Roxy, I wasn’t happy with the results and told her what I’d like to see. It was perfect! And she didn’t charge me a full haircut because of the mishap.
