I’m so disappointed with this nail spa. I was waiting for almost an hr and one of the customer is done but they ignore me and go to the other customer that was in service for her nails and the available attendant go to her to do her foot spa. I have been coming here for years and do not appreciate staff not addressing that I walked in and patiently waited for an almost an hour! At least have the decency to check in with me and let me know the wait time. I will not be coming back after this display lack of accountability for their valued customers.

Horrible place it feels dirty, they use unsanitary tools they’re not new tools. My feet felt and looked worse walking out! I’ve had a fungus on my toenails since going there. My nail pads were all different shapes some round, some square! Nail polish colors are always off, from what they show you on the nail swatch packet thing. Overpriced for a ran down and unsanitary establishment. And if you don’t tip them high, they get upset. But why tip them good when they do a crappy service. Save your $ and go elsewhere that’s clean and know what they’re doing. Go elsewhere & pay $10 extra dollars for a cleaner & more relaxing ambiance!! With better products & service!

With this place under new management, every experience is great. They are very kind, understanding and gentle. Most places I go to are really rough when doing my nails and pedicure but I never had a problem here with it. Not to mention, other times when I’ve brought in reference photos for my nails they make sure it’s accurate, if not the same. Prices are reasonable and I personally love how beautiful the place is inside. I definitely recommend.

Went in to get dip nails with tips and gel pedicure yesterday. I forgot to ask for the names of my technicians but the girls were lovely. I’m very happy with my nails and I appreciate how accommodating they were. The lady doing my manicure kept checking if I liked everything, and the lady doing my pedicure was very gentle. I’m very ticklish and had no urge to kick her like usual. Overall very satisfied and will be coming back.
