T & N Nails

Horrible Techs except Pat, dirty, old pedi chairs in fact the chair was loud and shaking me up so hard thought it was gone blow up...old fella need to retire....revamp the shop and your techs.

I went to the heavy set lady. Her English was not the greatest. I got a pedicure for $30 and I am bleeding on my toe and she put this Green solution on my big toe. When I left out the bleeding started again and has now ruined the shoes I have on. Then I soaked off my gel nails and got her to do SNS. I am now bleeding on 6 out of the 10 nails. I have attached pictures of all of the Green solution on my nails due to the bleeding. She was never sensitive. This place was very unsanitary. She used the same washing utensils for my feet as she did for the customer before me, the trash can was flithy and the pedicure bowl was not washed out before she sat me down. I am used to Nail Technicians speaking in their native tongue but she was telling across the shop. Then she kept asking was I ok. I k

I'm betting we can all agree that a pedicure (at the very least) is to clip (evenly) and file our toe nails, then in addition it's mostly expected that one can get their dead skin trimmed away from toe nail edges and other areas. Shame on me first of all for staying in this place as upon entering I noticed the extremely bright (not relaxing at all) lights, and messes in every corner. The TV was blaring the news. Completely opposite of relaxing. I should have just waited and gone somewhere else. While I waited in the pedicure chair I adjusted my chair for my comfort...........cause I do think it is about me since I'm paying. I was asked twice to move my chair to make this guys job easier. I am giving two stars because thr first time I came I got a dip manicure and the lady did an excellent job. I came back the second time for a Mani/Pedi and got the gentleman. The worst ever. Within two weeks my nails have broken, polish cracking and my toes have the polish coming off. I will not be back.

I was pleased to find a nail salon close by my house that was open late so I stopped by and I must say that I received horrible service. The nail technician took over an hour to complete a fill-in and polish change on my toes. She did not shape my nails how I asked her too and my polish on my hands and feet were a total half job. The color on my nails was red but yet the gel polish had been thinned out so much you could see through to my natural nail bed. I was pleasant to the nail tech despite her poor efforts and spoke with the manager about how we could arrange a better service for my next visit. The manager first lied to me and told me that she was not the manager, then proceeded to speak loudly over me and told me I could call the other manager to deal with it. After that comment she
