T & L Nails

I had the worst experience! I requested basic services, including a natural nail overlay, and had my eyebrows waxed. I asked for anything but a square nail shape, but that's what I got. She then tried to “fix” it. Trying to get me to add a tip that I refused. I then requested an almond shape, and she advised there was an upcharge, which I agreed to, but she didn't charge me. I'm not sure what shape I ended up with, but you can see it in the pictures. Stupidly, I then request an eyebrow wax! My brows are uneven and I'm pissed! She tried to cover it with a black pencil. I screamed after washing it off!! I want to aue!

Absolutely love my wedding nails!!!! I drive from the westside to see these ladies because they're worth the drive.

They’re pretty mean and miserable. Claim to be Christian but are so incredibly hateful and nasty. The owner talks about her customers with the other employees the entire time. She must be unhappy to be so mean to her customers. Only one of the girls knows how to do nails properly and my friend who used to go regularly says she’s always booked and the other women hate her lol. Bad bad energy… just go somewhere else

The lady that did my pedicure and nails does not know what she is doing and should not be providing any services to paying customers. She did not use cuticle remover on the bottom of my feet during pedicure nor did she file and shape my toe nails right. I also didn’t see her sterilize after finishing with a woman before me that was complaining about how she was painting her toes. My nails are broken, chipped and cracked after 3 days of getting sns dip powder. They are too thin, she was sweating and having a hard time because the brush kept hardening. She told me she doesn’t like dip nail and that the nails I had before were too thick but I disagree because they did not break after 3 weeks. A lady came in to get her nails fixed that she had done recently also so I decided to stop being nice

Got a full set FRIDAY morning w/ gel polish.. extremely simple. It is SUNDAY morning and 5 of my nails have chipping, peeling paint. Don’t waste your time or money going here.
