Luci is a magician! I really need to make time to get a massage more often because I feel incredible! She has taken every precaution to ensure cleanliness and safety. She customized a massage for my body and worked out so much tension in my back and shoulders. I was so excited to try cupping when she mentioned it as an add on. I could literally feel the difference once she removed the cups, the knots that I felt were no longer there. WHAT. There are so many places in Lincoln to get a massage, but Shift is THE place to go - you will NOT be disappointed!

I have seen numerous massage therapists and I must say, Shift Massage & Bodywork is by far the BEST therapy I have received to date! If I could give 100 stars, I would. Luci takes pride in ensuring your experience is top notch and I can't thank her enough for the improvements she has made on both my back and shoulders. Luci is always cheerful and extremely knowledgeable. Her office is beautiful and her collection of essential oils puts the experience over the top. So much in fact, that I now use them in my home! Luci is so good at what she does . She took time to get to know my injuries, concerns, and goals with getting cupping and deep tissue massages . I have been going to Luci for a little over a year now . I recommend her to everyone I know. She can personalize your massage to your needs and wants and that’s what I love. I love that I can get a deep tissue , cupping and still feel relaxed all in the same session.

This was my first massage with Luci and it was a delightful experience! I highly recommend her! She provided both a very professional and warm and personable atmosphere. She both listened to what I was hoping for out of the session as well as tuning into areas that needed work with her own skilled assessment.
