Jenni is the best lash artist I know in CT and I’ve been to a couple around the state. She’s always up-to-date with the latest technologies, extremely professional and always goes above and beyond to make her customers happy. Her salon is always clean and smells amazing. I love going there to get my lashes done, have been a customer for many years now.

I’ve been going to Swoon Salon & Spa for my lashes, and every single time Jenni does them, it’s a 12/10 experience. She is truly the best..incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always knows exactly what my lashes need. Her customer service is unmatched, and she makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. Jenni is the most amazing lash artist I’ve ever been to! She is kind, considerate, cares about the integrity of your lashes, and an overall good person! My lashes have never looked better! I came to her after a week of awful conjunctivitis and left looking (and feeling) like a million bucks! Sometimes I’ll go in and we talk for an entire hour, and other times I immediately pass out on the table, she’s cool with both! Bonus, she doesn’t even laugh when I wake myself up from snoring! 😂 if you’re in S.E. CT, she is your girl for lashes! The rest of the staff at swoon is so friendly! They are funny, inclusive, and are always down for a good laugh! This is a one stop shop for an amazing spa day!
