Sweetheart Nails and Spa

The attendant twice scraped the pumice stone that is meant for heels over my ankle. It was so painful, and he didn't apologize. They are not careful here, and I would not recommend it.

I used to only get my nails done by private artists because the salon experience was always lacking for me. Sweetheart Nails is my new go-to nail place. I have gotten acrylic sets and pedicures there, and both the service I'm purchasing and guest interaction are great. They really take the initiative to ensure a positive experience for patrons. This is a photo of my nails three weeks after a full acrylic set.

I've been coming here for a while now. Ava always does a great job on my nails and toes. She great with designs also. I tell all the women I work with to come here.

I went Thursday, December 1st to get a fill. This was my first time going there. There were a lot of people there and they were fast and efficient. At first my nails looked great and I was satisfied with them, but the next day my thumb was starting to peel (the gel hadn't dried completely). And today, December 5th, another one of my nails has the gel peeling off. I'm not hard on my nails by any means, mine usually last a month. My nail tech didn't put a base coat down and I think that's the problem. I really wanted to like this place, so disappointed for the price I paid for them to not have lasted a week.

Had to go to a nail salon in town because I needed a nail fixed My nail lady lives a ways away. Ended up at Sweet nail and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Not like it used to be!!!! 1. Language issue. Different people speak different languages but if you want to live in the USA…….speak our language (ENGLISH) 2. Tech could not comprehend what I was asking her to do. I told her the exact color I needed but she just didn’t get it. Told one price and ended up paying $5.00 more. Needless to say I have one nail that’s quite different from the rest. Rate service today. -0. Horrible. Do NOT recommend !!!!!! This experience does not rate a 1.
