Stretchology

Stretchology has been life changing for me. They have helped me work through chronic muscle tightness both congenital and injury related. Friends remark on how much better my posture is now. Both Sonya and Davey are great!

I had the best morning I’ve had in many months. After an F45 workout, I had an incredible infrared sauna session and can’t recommend it enough! The heat was soothing; it left my muscles relaxed, my mind clear, and my knees and back were no longer sore. It was the perfect blend of detox, relaxation, and self-care. I’ll definitely be making this a regular part of my wellness routine soon!!

I’ve enjoyed several of the services, including assisted stretching, halo salt therapy, and the infrared sauna. The stretches provided by Sonya and Sarah helped relieve tightness in my hips, lower back, and hamstrings. I have been struggling for years and they have helped me tremendously! It’s especially a great option to have following the F45 workout. It’s just what you need to feel your best for the day!! The salt therapy is one of my favorite services due to its calming effect. It left my skin so soft and cleared my congestion. I felt overall so much better after just one session!! And lastly, the infrared sauna was such an amazing, cleansing experience. This facility is such a gem, with the kindest staff and commitment to providing the best service!!

My body just got some much needed TLC with a set of sauna, salt therapy, and a stretch. Truly something I didn’t know I needed until all was said and done. I’m grateful for this place being so accessible so I can pop in any time I want!

I recently tried Halotherapy at Stretchology and loved the experience! From the moment I walked in, the calm atmosphere made me feel at ease. During the session, I could already feel my breathing getting easier, and I was totally relaxed the whole time. Afterward, I felt more energized, my skin felt softer, and I just had this clear-headed, refreshed feeling. The staff was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable.
