I went there like almost a month ago first time there my nails were ok you could see he didn’t apply acrylic over my whole nail you can see my real nail hanging out the side I said let me give them another chance went last sat to get a refill and I mentioned it to him he said ok he can fix it but this is what it looked like again so that was my last time for the price they charge for nail my first full set was $45 and a refill was $35 to do a job like that no I’m good that was my second and last time going there

We called to make an appointment for 11am we got there @10:30am and they took us right back the people in this place are phenomenal they greet you they are so nice I love the Environment it’s so peaceful in here the gentleman that did my nails name Harry is so sweet he did a phenomenal job on my nails I wanted a natural look and he did just that I found me a new place where I’ll be getting my nails done thank you so much ….

The last few times I’ve come here the customer service was not great. An older woman wiped my eye brows with a dry cotton ball after waxing them and irritated my skin. I asked her if she forgot the cleaner and she ignored me 2x. My face was red for 3 days. Today the man kept messing up my polish and saying my nails were just too short because I don’t get acrylic. He also barely gave me a manicure. He left so much dead skin on my cuticle and then just painted over it. A gel ombré manicure is $50 and I could have done a better job myself. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I think I have to find a new place.

I absolutely adore and love this place so much. Everyone here is so kind and so passionate about what they’re doing. Every time I have gone, I have always been treated so well and with respect it’s so high-quality Just the atmosphere and the place in general looks so amazing. I absolutely love this place so much. I always ask for Sophia. Sophia is honestly the best person ever favorite nail tech there Sophia is so kind and generous and she’s makes a great nail tech. She knows exactly what I want and always lives up to my expectations. If not she goes way above my expectations. She is honestly the sweetest person ever. She is so good at what she does and I’ve loved having her do my nails all the time, she did my nails my nails Again, a white French tip with a pink heart and she did my nails

Love this place! Aside from the beautiful and clean interior, all the techs are wonderful. Jenny & Mi are both great and have made my visits very enjoyable. I only get gel polish on my natural nails, but they have remained strong and healthy after 3 visits. The complimentary wine is a nice touch as well.
