I have always gone to ruby’s to get my dip nails done, but I recently wanted to try acrylic so I made an appointment. When I got in, I was given maybe a minute to pick a color before I was rushed to be seated. I was seated at station 6, and immediately she was rushing to get my nails off. She barely prepped my nails for the tips, not even carefully cutting my natural nails, leaving them jagged. When she drilled my cuticle, she caused many of my fingers to bleed and form hangnails, stinging my fingers for the rest of the service. As she begin to glue to tips, they were popping off as she didn’t press them down at all. She then proceeded to be extremely rough with my hands and not stopping to have me rinse before continuing with painting, leaving acrylic powder encrusted with the lotion she

I’ve tried a few nail salons around, but this one stands out for how professional and kind the staff are. My dipping powder nails look beautiful and last so long. Great service from start to finish.
