Christy was really great with my 3 year old who was terrified of getting a haircut. She had all the tools- the booster, cool barber cape, toys, TV, and a fun demeanor. Will be back!

I've visited this salon several times hoping for a more personalized experience, but unfortunately haven't found the level of consultation I was looking for. The stylists are efficient and do what's asked, but I've noticed there's minimal discussion about what might work best for my hair type, face shape, or lifestyle. I was hoping for more collaborative input—perhaps suggestions for styles that might suit me better, or professional recommendations based on their expertise. Instead, appointments tend to move quickly to execution without much exploration of options. I understand not everyone wants extensive consultation, but as someone who values expert guidance and creative suggestions, I found the experience lacking that personal touch. My 1st visit to this place after moving to Tracy and it is awesome. While searching I saw many shops but almost every one has good and bad reviews. So I was not sure where to go. Somewhat I made my mind for this and it was an awesome experience. I believe Catherine attended me and she is wonderful. Very nice person and under so quickly what hair style I want to do and suggested what is better . Very happy with a final look.

Sabine was perfect. My son LOVES his haircut. He says it’s perfect and exactly what he wanted. She was so personable and kind that we actually really enjoyed talking with her. I almost can’t wait for the next boy trim to visit with Sabine again.
