From the moment we walked in, **Joe, the owner**, greeted us with such **genuine enthusiasm and passion**. You can immediately tell how much pride he takes in his business. He took the time to walk us through everything—showing us the treatment room, explaining the process step by step, and introducing all of the products that would be used. Nothing felt rushed, and his knowledge and excitement about their services made us feel completely confident and comfortable. The room itself was **beautifully set up**—soft mood lighting, calming white noise, and soothing music that instantly created a relaxing,

The staff at Element Massage in Tracy are fabulous, honest, and TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! After driving off, I couldn't find my ring 💍 because I took it off for my massage. Alicia is fantastic by the way; one of the best massages! They really didn't have to look for it but having good hearts, they went into detective mode and FOUND IT!!! They waited for me to drive back to pick it up and I could not have felt any more appreciative. Thank you Element Massage. You are really the sweetest, Marciano, Joe and the baby girl puppy.💗

I am very glad that I had the opportunity to get an excellent massage here! The ambience is perfect and relaxing, the owners (including the dog) are extremely friendly and personable, it’s extremely clean, and most importantly….. the masseuses are awesome! I can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Wow- Nothing compares to a new build massage studio! It felt so crisp and clean, smelled great, and exuded relaxation. Aside from the polished aesthetic, the owners, Joe and Mar, and their staff members were extremely welcoming. They made me feel like family. I received a facial from Tiffany- who cured my headache with her cooling Guasha stones and a massage from Jeanette- who removed the kink in my shoulder blade with an amazing cupping technique. Both providers were knowledgeable and listened to my needs/requests. I'm glad I gave Tracy, Elements a try and will absolutely be recommending to all of my friends!

Absolutely the best experience and nicest people! Environment is clean and inviting, with calming decor. The owners Joe and Marucilo greeted me and made me feel important. Anna, my massage therapist listened to all my concerns and worked out all the needed areas after returning from a long road trip. The massage area is moody, cozy and gives all the relaxation vibes! Highly recommend a membership there!
