James is incredibly skilled — beard lineup and trim was on point, truly 5-star quality. He pays great attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfect. On top of that, the service is top-tier at a very reasonable cost. If you’re looking for an amazing barber and a great overall experience, James is your guy. Took my son in for a haircut. For back story my son hates haircuts and it’s a fight every time to get him to go. This time when he went he came home glowing! He was 100% feeling himself and told me how his barber Jonathan was SO nice and he really liked it. He said he only wants to go back to PTR. My husband (who took him) said his experience was also enjoyable they offered him a beverage while he waited and it was clean and a cool environment. Thank you PTR for making the whole process easy and one less thing I have to stress about getting done. Even making the appointment online was an absolute plus. Thank you again I’m glad we found this place!

Awesome shop! We went to this barbershop the day it opened and have been coming back since. We usually go to Brian who is super accommodating and very precise with all his cuts taking his time every time to make sure it comes out perfect. My son has gone to Brian at least 3 times and his cut has come out perfect each time. This is definitely a clean and well run shop and we’ll be continuing to come here! All the barbers here are awesome and their work is great!

I had my first visit to this barbershop today and it was honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had! My barber, Jonathan, was fantastic from start to finish. Right away he took the time to really listen to what I wanted—no rush, no assumptions. We talked through the style, length, fade, and details, and he gave great input while still making sure it was exactly what I was envisioning. He checked in multiple times during the cut to make sure everything was on track, and the attention to detail was impressive. The result? A clean, sharp, perfectly executed cut that feels 100% me. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. Jonathan’s friendly, professional vibe made the whole experience super comfortable too—definitely felt heard and respected.

I’ve always wanted to try those trendy haircuts I’ve been seeing in the internet and mostly the guys I’ve been seeing. They have cool haircuts, while me leaving behind with my not so great looking hair. So, I went to try it out here and the customer service is one of the best, they made me very welcome and very sociable. My hair used to be chopped and now I have a great hair because of this barber shop! Also special thanks for Jonathan for making me more attractive with my hair and he gave me first time free fees for fixing my eyebrows and mustache and making me look more sharper. You should go ahead and try and get a new look for 2026! This barber shop is a 10000% PEAK! Especially with Jonathan too.
