Supercuts

I was looking to donate my long hair (about 14-15 inches) and after going to another place (Great Clips) and being met with unfriendliness and unprofessionalism later being told they couldn’t do it (couldn’t cut my hair) and that I had to go somewhere else (because they were unwilling to follow the directions/requirements provided by the place of donation), I decided to come to Supercuts where I was warmly welcomed, immediately served, and received the most professional and delightful service. The stylist was great and gave me the perfect haircut after correctly cutting my hair for donation. Couldn’t recommend a better place. Very affordable too!

I had a great experience with Yasmin at Supercuts in Shorthills. She gave me a very nice layered haircut that turned out exactly how I wanted. She also shaped my eyebrows beautifully. It’s usually tricky to shape my eyebrows because of a cut on one of them, but she did an amazing job and made them look perfectly balanced. Yasmin was polite, friendly, professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her!

So disappointed in my cut. Went into supercuts on Saturday evening, I asked for a shampoo and a cut. I let the hairstylist decide how much length to take off due to my hair being overgrown and having dead ends, she took approximately 2 1/2 inches off, which I thought was reasonable due to my length in hair. Unfortunately, when getting home, I noticed that my cut was extremely uneven and now have to go to another hair appointment and get it re-cut to even out the length. The stylist Was not pleasant no smile and seemed to be miserable to do my hair. I would not recommend going to the Lady. I attached the receipt on who did my hair. And will also attach photos of the hair that’s uneven. With the way that she carried herself, I tipped her $15 to hopefully make her day. This is a very generou

They are very accommodating and extremely pleasant. Olga is a great stylist… she does exactly what you ask for and somehow makes my very thin hair look healthy and thicker. I will return.
