My wife and daughter made me go on the factory tour in France. I got hooked. The products actually work! And they have men-specific products that are simple and clean. This was my first store visit ever. Needed to get a refill. It really is a beautiful store. Open, bright, very hip. Loved the lighted shelves. The young woman who helped me was extremely helpful and pleasant. She offer some good advice, told about new products coming, and offered me sample packets of various things. I highly recommend the products. And I highly recommend this store. The people really know how to take care of their customers, and they really really know the products

I purchased an item a few days ago and it didn’t work for me. I have an account using my email address (for a long time) and I never keep any paper receipts. At the store I asked to return the product and the associate refused to take it back. I decided to call their customer service and I got the same response. Terrible customer service. I would never go back and don’t recommend.

I went to The Short Hills Mall to get my Overnight Reset Serum, my favorite hand lotion Shea Butter, soaps, gift sets etc.... This product line is magical, I can really tell the difference in the morning when my skin is glowing and looking refresh. I am a big fan of the Shea Butter Hand Cream! look no more, it works and it is the BEST! Def worth every penny. It gets better... I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany and Marilyn who welcomed me at the door. These ladies are rock stars! Their customer service is FIRST CLASS. Tiffany I believe is the store Manager...(if she's not then she should be). She was very helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I am completely taken care of.
