I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience here. I had high hopes for this salon, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit. The staff seemed unorganized and rushed, and I ended up waiting longer than expected despite having an appointment. When I finally received service, it felt like there was little attention to detail and the results were not what I requested. The stylist wasn't listening to what I wanted and cut bangs way too short. I didn't want bangs in the first place. They cut off all my length without asking me if I was okay with that. I also noticed a lack of basic cleanliness and professionalism in the space, which made me feel uncomfortable. The owner, Chris, has been doing my hair for 15 years and he’s truly the best. Not a day goes by that I don’t get stopped by people complementing me on my hair color, even in London street traffic. And that says it all! His salon is lovely with a very warm yet professional vibe. My whole family goes to Chris and he makes all of us look and feel amazing.

Absolutely LOVE this salon! Aura is my go-to stylist who always makes me feel like a million bucks every time I get up from her chair. The prices are reasonable and all the stylist are well-versed in trending hair styles and colors.

I’ve been a client at this salon since earlier this year, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. Chris is an incredibly talented stylist who truly listens to what you want and brings it to life every single time. I come in for both haircuts and color, and I always leave absolutely loving my hair. Chris’ skill, attention to detail, and ability to understand his clients set him apart.

Chris is a color genius and never fails to listen attentively to what you like or don’t like about your hair ,and to work with you to achieve your end goal. He is warm and upbeat and that is the happy vibe of the salon— you feel like you are getting top stylists in a non- pretentious environment. I always walk away feeling better about my appearance.
