I wish I could give this place a better review because the stylist was nice but after sitting with this hair for a week I have come to terms with the fact that I am incredibly unsatisfied with my experience. I came here on superbowl Sunday and there was only one person working. I had made an appointment and they were running late which is fair since there was only one stylist staffed. The work area was not very clean and she told me to set my jacket down on the counter which still had many pieces of other people’s hair on it. My hair was very long and I came here to chop it so I can donate it. She did not have rubber bands to make the appropriate braid for donation and haphazardly gathered the hair in the one rubber bands she scrounged and told me to braid it myself at home. The hair wash

Bill is a true artist of his craft. I was seen super quickly, he was personable, friendly to my toddler, and very interesting to speak with. None of that had anything to do with the absolute banger of a cut he gave me. My hair has never looked so good, and I will definitely be back.

This my first review I’ve ever felt the need to make. I asked for a full shave was told that’s fine. I had also just gotten my wisdom teeth out and asked her to be gentle. She just trimmed down my beard leaving a good amount left, went super fast and rough, and nicked me multiple places on the neck then charged me and sent me on my way. Do not go here.

Bill was great for my partner, Keith, who I brought to the appointment Indian reporting for him because the message was sent to me since I made the appointment for him . I had previously used Bill for my haircut and for my grandson’s haircut and we were very pleased with his service. Keith was seeking a new hair stylist because his previous one retired and he was thrilled with Bill as well. He will be A regular client Bill at the Northgate Supercuts every month.

I easily booked an appointment online. When I checked in, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. Nancy was really sweet and quick yet efficient. I just needed a haircut and she did just that. She asked if I wanted a shampoo, but Ideclined because I didn't have time. I live just down the road, and will continue to come to this location.
