Dessie was the hair attendant. I had let her know that my 7 year old son wanted spiked hair all over just like Sonic’s. I showed a photo of a boy for reference . She said she understood . She proceeded to give him a buzz cut all around his head . I told her to stop and we were done because there’s no going back from that. She then said after she didn’t understand what we wanted. My son is always smiling happy after a haircut and it hurt to see him hold back tears. I couldn’t do anything . I had already paid, she didn’t want to issue a refund for doing nothing but just shaving off his hair. I don’t want a voucher because we’ll never be coming here again.

Sana was great to work with. She really listens to the style you’re looking for and makes sure she understands exactly what you want. I left extremely impressed and very happy with my haircut. Highly recommend her!

Dessie fixed my hair after I had cut it short and choppy. She was so gentle and kind and she helped fix my hair while preserving as much length as possible! I love how my hair looks! Definitely recommend !!

Sabrina did a fantastic job of making my hair look slick and shiny. She did such a nice job washing and it was very relaxing. We had a pleasant conversation. I’m an out of towner, so she could have been less motivated since I am not likely to return in SD. But, she treated me like a regular. I highly recommend a visit to Sabrina!

Stylist was very detail oriented and wanted to make sure the end product was to my liking. She confirmed certain decisions with me prior to cutting to ensure nothing happened that she couldn't take back or modify if needed. I had a very good experience getting my haircut.
