Supercuts

Walked in and was able to get a haircut right away! I was nervous because I hadnt had my hair cut in over two years. And was needing a drastic change. They did wonderful. ❤️

Jancel did an excellent job! She listened carefully during the consult, and checked in during the cut to make sure it was looking the way I wanted. My cut and blowdry turned out perfectly...I even got a compliment from a stranger almost immediately afterward! Will definitely return to Jancel for future cuts. Thanks!

This was my first haircut from Jess at the Penfield, New York Supercuts. She did a wonderful job! Very friendly and personable. Also, I will definitely be returning!

Jess did an excellent blow out for me. I have thick, coarse hair and she handle with great skill all the while having a pleasant conversation. Highly recommend Jess for a blowout.

Well the technician who I adore, did an amazing job with my eyebrows, but I will not be going back to this location after being a customer for probably 15 years because I’ve a very unhappy experience with the manager Nannette and one of her employees Jessica. I have tried over the years to be friendly. I’m not sure what I ever did to deserve the strange passive aggressive attitude and behavior from them whenever I go to get services done by the other professional employees there. I did have one haircut by Jessica years ago that was great but then one that wasn’t the greatest so I decided to go to another person and it was nothing personal but since then, both she and Nannette seemed to hold it against me as a paying patron.
