Supercuts

I usually dont have too bad an experience here. Went on Saturday to get my hair cut for a service i have coming up. Asked for a wolf cut and im sure the older woman that did my hair didn’t know what i was asking for. Even showed her a picture. She constantly had herself pressed against me, kept hitting my head and pushed my head around trying to get it in the direction she wanted. Layers are severely uneven and choppy. I am not happy at all.

Not a good place for guys to get cuts unless you're getting it buzzed off or get lucky with one of the younger more experienced hairstylists. The older lady that cut my hair spent no more than 10 minutes because she was in a rush to go home, when most barbers spend around 20-30 for my usual cut for $25. I will stick with the local barbers from here on out.

My boys and I have been going to the New Hartford Supercuts for several years. Its such a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Great service you can rely on. Manager Jen runs a great crew

Went in for a walk in appointment and left happy as could be. I met Jen and she understood my kind of hair immediately and knew what to do! Amazing, and quick service. Thank you!!

Latest update: I think the stylists name is Emma. She is amazing with my son!!! Gorgeous haircut & he looks so handsome. (May 2023) Lexi gave my son a beautiful haircut! She was very patient with him since he does get nervous because of the clippers. She was knowledgeable, professional & it was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend her to anyone! The store was a bit dirty when we were there, old hair was not cleaned up & it was right near where my son was getting his hair done. A bit gross. Overall because of having such s great stylist i would go there again.
