I'm disappointed to leave this review, as I specifically booked an appointment with Savannah at 2:20 PM after reading excellent reviews about her work. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I arrived a few minutes early and waited in line to check in. When I informed the staff that I had an appointment with Savannah, I could see she was finishing with another client and mentioned I was happy to wait. Savannah responded in an unexpectedly aggressive tone, asking if I specifically preferred her or if I'd rather wait a long time. She stated she was booked for the day. When I clarified that I was one of those appointments (booked for 2:20 PM), she then mentioned she hadn't taken her lunch break yet and would be doing so immediately after her current client, meaning I'd h

Maddie R. was absolutely amazing. Her hands felt like magic on my scalp. She took her time with my shampoo and even offered to blow dry my hair so it was soaked walking out the door. She was so pleasant and professional. Will definitely be back.

Savanna’s been cutting my hair for about a year now and she’s very consistent with giving quality haircuts. She always checks in periodically throughout the haircut to make sure she is doing exactly what was requested, making her a very good option to avoid miscommunication. Very genuine, open, easy to talk with.

Savannah (I think that was her name) was incredible! I am currently working towards trying a new hair style, so she was very intentional with making sure everything was even, and would transition well to the next haircut. She tailored every part of the hair cut and beard trim to my specific wants. She was amazing to work with, and hope I get her again!!

A simple buzz cut 1/4" and 10 minutes $25. You have priced yourself out of common man. I come in twice a year to enjoy a cut but no more. While Brooklyn was very nice and fun to talk to, we no longer price based on time as we used to or for older adults. Sad our society has gotten this way.
