Caravelle Nail Spa

I love this nail salon! They always do amazing work, I’ve been coming here since 2020! The salon has great vibes and it's always spotless. The customer service is amazing, they always ask if you need anything. Everyone is very sweet! They have drinks available. They love to joke and have a good time! I've been with the same nail tech for six years, but everyone in the salon is very talented. I generally always schedule an appointment, but I have brought people with me as a walk-in and they were able to get served as well. The salon can get very packed Thursday through Saturday so if you want to go on a weekend day, I would recommend making an appointment.

Worst nail service ever. First was not offered water, had to ask upon leaving since I was dehydrated, then service was rushed with no conversation. I guess you have to be paying big, or schedule with a friendly employee to get superb treatment. I then was asked about tip, which I thought could add to payment. They wanted me to use ATM, which was gonna charge me, not .99cent, but 3.00, then all of a sudden they recharged my credit card for tip, which could’ve been done in first place, which this service wasn’t worth 1.00. I’ve been to a variety of nail shops until I settled with the one I have now, and have never experienced this…I will never be back, and to no other Caravelle. Was in the area, but should’ve waited until my regular nail tech got back in town. Terrible guest services.

It’s difficult to find a nail salon that’s consistent in their work. I’ve been going to Caravelle for two years now and it’s been a fantastic experience every time. All of the nail techs are friendly and professional, and they’re incredibly consistent in the quality of their work. My nails always come out how I ask and they’re always willing to fix anything. I recommend Caravelle to anyone looking for a salon!

The team at Caravelle are always polite and accommodating. Since Ginny has been caring for my nails, they are healthy and growing.

First time getting a pedicure and it was a great experience. Staff was respectful and professional, not rushed at all, Long, did a great job and he was very friendly.
