We had a great experience at Sephora in Smith Haven Mall. This location is perfectly situated right by one of the mall entrances, which makes it extremely convenient. You can walk in and access the store quickly without having to go deep into the mall. Parking is free, and the mall offers good accessibility options, making the entire visit easy and comfortable. The staff at this location truly stand out. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very polite. What impressed me most is how well they listen. They take the time to understand what you are looking for, your preferences, and your overall vision, then recommend products accordingly. This is especially noticeable in the fragrance section. Rudest worker ever tall glasses curly dark hair was working the online orders and i told her how the app said “place within … ready for pick up today” and she just asked for my name and goes “nope not picked” and just walks away like nothing

I always have such a wonderful shopping day at my Sephora store. All the beauty advisers are so helpful and they get me in trouble sometimes for buying more than what I come in for... but I'm never disappointed! Here are some of my new faves. I love buying them in the mini size, they are great for not only trying out but for traveling as well!
