Supercuts

Viviana listened to my hair goals, showed her a photo and she gave me an excellent cut! It was better than I hoped for. Thank you! Scheduling was easy online, and as usual they were right on time, professional, and and the salon is relaxing.

Carmen is truly an expert in the hair industry. She is always attentive to whatever my needs are and continuously provides superior service and the most perfect hair color and cut as requested. She is a definite asset to this industry and your establishment. With all the above, she has a most sincere and gracious demeanor as well as an uplifting, positive attitude. I recommend her highly. My husband saw Alissa today for a regular haircut. She has seen him several times and is always very kind and always remembers my husband. My husband has a disability and she remembers which chair he can get in and out of the best and has that chair ready for him. My husband moves his head a lot during the haircut and she is always very patient and flexible with him and does a great job. My husband loves going to Supercuts and always praises their haircuts and likes to tell everyone about it!

I asked for an inch and a half off, just a trim. I specifically asked for it all to be the same length and very even. my hair was to my shoulders when i came in. this is what i left with. they refused to give me a refund and said i can “come back tomorrow” and they will “fix it.”

Made a same day appointment for a shampoo and blow day. The wait was about 15 minutes. Viviana gave a great shampoo and blow dry. I have long and thick hair so not all stylists are keen on doing my hair but she did fabulous.
