I had an absolutely incredible experience at Balance Massage. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and professional. Lisa was exceptional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and tailored the entire session specifically to what my body needed. Her technique is both intuitive and highly skilled, she knew exactly how to release deep tension while still making the experience relaxing and restorative. I left feeling lighter, aligned, and genuinely renewed. The difference in my shoulders and lower back was noticeable immediately. Amazing!

My sisters and I were traveling for vacation and found this lovely spa with great reviews. Amazing staff and amazing services! All 3 of us were very satisfied and impressed with the experience. We all received 60 minute facial and 60 minute massage. We even got to try their luxurious massage chair after our services. The spa is beautiful clean and I love the dim lighting and relaxing vibes. Next trip to Cali we are definitely going back to Balance Massage for treatments and relaxation. Highly recommended. Date of experience: July 18, 2025

My go-to for deep tissue! I love deep pressure, and need it as a hairstylist. I always find myself falling asleep here! Bonus points for getting to use the massage chair while I wait + for the calm/ serene vibes!

10/10! I rarely ever leave reviews but the massage I had here was SO good it warrants a review. I haven’t had a massage this good in I don’t know how long. No time wasted, every minute was spectacular, all my problem areas were covered and more. You can tell they aren’t amateurs and really know what they are doing moving smoothly through the massage adding hot towel, hot stones, essential oils and more with zero delay. I don’t think I felt her pause once. I’m genuinely amazed by how great my experience was. I would highly recommend.

Balance Massage in Laguna Niguel is a very new, clean and calm, welcoming place to relax and recharge. We (my wife and I) visit 2–3 times a month for couple massages or facial treatments, and the staff is always experienced, professional and very knowledgeable. They do an excellent job relieving stress and addressing any issues from our frequent business travels or sports activities. We strongly recommend this very affordable place for anyone looking for quality care and real results
