I've been a member here for a few years and go each month. The therapists are very good. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Unethical Cancellation Practices – Warning I tried for over five months to cancel my membership at Elements Massage Laguna Niguel after an emergency relocation. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, franchisee, and owner, I was told cancellation was only possible in person—something I couldn’t do from out of the area. After finally being allowed to cancel by phone, I was still charged two more times. This process was frustrating, unprofessional, and unnecessary. No wellness company should make it this hard to cancel, especially during an emergency.

I am loving my massages at Elements Massage. I always get deep tissue and all of the therapists have been excellent. Today I also tried the hot stones and they really provided a nice extra touch. I highly recommend trying out Elements and signing up as a member to get a better rate! It is easy to put on hold if you are going out of town for a month or longer or you can share your monthly massage with a friend! The membership is so flexible it is a no brainer!
