Supercuts

I really like my stylist and have been going to her for almost a year. Today, however, I was disappointed in the fact that I had made an appointment for noon and had to wait for over a half hour while she worked on two other customers. I understand that it is walk-ins, however, if knowing there is a return client coming in at noon, I would think they would have one of the other stylists take the walk ins. I will go back but I was not very happy with my experience today. I got a good cut and she was apologetic.

Lacey was absolutely incredible. After being ghosted by another hair stylist (different salon) I was so desperate and about to quit but Lacey took me in as a walk-in, was very patient with me, very knowledgeable, understanding, and so easy to work with. This was a 5 hour process approximately and she met and exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my hair! Thank you Lacey for your kindness 💕💕💕 Recommend 100%

I got a haircut, nothing to what I had requested. I requested a Mid Fade, she asked if I wanted it bald or short on the side, I said short. I showed her an image on my phone of what I wanted the top length to be. She ended up buzzcuting my hair intead of the anything even close to the image. I've used Supercuts (other locations) most of my life, I will not go back this location.

I felt like I got completely ripped off here. I just wanted to get my hair washed and curled. I avoided Gene Juarez because that would have cost over 90 dollars and I assumed Supercuts would be much cheaper. My hair stylist was super sweet but needed complete supervision from the other girls on how to curl my hair. When I got the price my jaw dropped. 90 dollars here also. Yikes! When I asked for an itemized receipt for my service then the price magically dropped to 75. Being able to change prices on the fly like that seems very shady and unprofessional. I would assume corporate would have set prices to use. I will not be going back. 2 stars because my hair still looks great and is holding its curls.

Good for kid cuts but horrible experience for adult. My hair was cut shorter than I was wanting bc she didn’t get it even which was one of the concerns I expressed prior to starting. My hair has random long pieces all around the cut and I don’t think she really knew what she was doing. She said it was her first job at a salon. Wish I knew that before the start of the cut. She was super nice and friendly but I don’t think I’d ever come back for an adult hair cut
