I had my first session with Heidi and she was amazing. She gave me feedback throughout the session and focused on problem areas. If you’re looking for something more than your average massage, she’s the one. She asked questions before and throughout as well. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Space was clean and warm. 5 stars!

Elizabeth was professional and very knowledgeable about the whiplash injury I came in for. I was even 5 or so minutes late and she was very accommodating and went over my time for 5 minutes. The headache I had for a week was relieved after my session with her. I will definitely be going back as well as recommending her to others.

I was blessed to have found this place when my chronic migraines, neck and upper back pain was at its worst. I’ve worked primarily with Elizabeth and she is absolutely incredible. She uses whatever tools and techniques she needs to help find the most relief. From head to toe, she somehow always find’s exactly where the tightest muscles are and works her magic. I leave my sessions so relaxed and in zero pain every time. I’m also beyond thankful for her being available in the late afternoons and weekends as my work often limits me from finding self care time. I honestly could go on and on about how everyone should give Human Body Works a chance ❤️ Thank you so much!

UPDATED REVIEW: I also had the opportunity to work with Jason on multiple occasions and he is GREAT! Very outgoing and easy to talk to. He was able to help my body feel a lot better from various stressors and injuries. I’d strongly recommend working with Jason if you are able to. ——— INITIAL REVIEW: Definitely the place the go for your massage and recovery needs! I worked with Amy today for a 60 minute massage and she was very thorough and comprehensive with the plan of care. I left feeling like I have a new body! Scheduling an appointment can easily be done online. I look forward to my next visit.

First time going to Human Body Works after my previous massage therapist closed. It was super easy to schedule online and more affordable than some of the other places I had looked at. Heidi was amazing to work with, she answered all my questions and helped me to figure out my problem areas. I will definitely be back!
