Meridian Energy Massage

Loved my appointment with Lucy! I hadn't had bodywork in many months and she worked at softening my pain points so that I could benefit from session. I left relaxed, without a headache and stiffness that I walked in with.

Lucy was amazing! I just mentioned a stiff spot in my back before we started, which she definitely gave it some extra focus, but she inquisitively found old injuries and catered her massage around them. I have a knee missing some ligaments, an ankle I opted not to have surgery on and a hip that can flare up and lead to back pain - she didn’t need to know that, she found it all as she went. Will be going back!

I had the best experience at Meridian Massage with Lucy! This was my first time booking a massage so I was unsure of what to expect but it’s safe to say I left feeling immensely better than when I went in. Lucy was so kind and inviting. :) My main problem was my shoulders and she alleviated so much of the tension and stress I carried in that area. I highly recommend checking this place out and booking with Lucy 🩷 (and for Lucy, the restaurant I mentioned is called Ygf Malatang in Tukwila!)

Wow! I’ve had dozens of massages and this was one of the best and most productive massages I’ve ever had. Teresa was amazing and very experienced. She had no problem identifying areas of tension and going to work on releasing my knots. I highly recommend Teresa and Meridian Energy Massage.

First time here and had Lucy, and it really felt like she knew what she was doing. She actually felt like she was helping my body to heal in a deeper way than regular massages I've had in the past. I could sense and feel her expertise which helps my body to relax more because of that trust in her. And it felt like she not only helped my muscles, she also moved some stagnant energies in my body. I'll definitely be coming back again!
