Great first time experience! Tammi stayed open you to take care of me even with the ice storm that started. She was so polite, personable and friendly! Asked how I wanted my hair cut and did it perfectly. I haven’t had a haircut in forever so having such a wonderful positive experience as this meant so much to me! Thank you Tammi! I will definitely be back!!

The trimmer used during my haircut was extremely rough and ended up hurting both my hair and my skin. I’m not sure whether the issue was with the tool itself or the person using it. Going in close to closing time shouldn’t mean receiving poor-quality service. I paid $32 (including the tips) and left feeling disappointed with the haircut, and my neck is still sore where the close trimming was done. And my sides are still long behind the ear. When I told the stylist (Latanya) that it was hurting, she abruptly stopped the haircut and asked if I wanted to leave in the middle of it. How is anyone supposed to leave with half-cut hair? I found that response completely unprofessional and frustrating.

First time at this location. I was greeted with a warm welcome from Tammi!!! She was amazing!!! I got my eyebrows done, my hair was cut to the perfect length and it was curled so beautifully. 10/10 recommend her!!! Thanks Tammi!! Here is the before and after photo

Supercuts always do good job of hair cutting. I have been using them spice they started their shop at King of Prussia. Employees like Tynya are exceptional. She did a fantastic job.
