Supercuts

I was nervous about getting an actual haircut (vs a trim) because I usually go to a higher end salon where they have the freedom to spend time on the cut. But Bryce was fantastic and it never felt rushed. The Bristol store feels like stepping into an old fashioned barber shop with regulars who obviously come back often. The only two reasons it wasn’t a five star review is that we had to wait quite a while, despite making reservations which would have felt less questionable if anyone bothered to address it…especially as people who came in after us were seated before us…and my partner had a less satisfying experience with his haircut and beard trim from a person whose name I didn’t catch. But over all, my experience was delightful and I love my haircut.

I have been going to this Supercuts location for a year and a half and hair stylist Kerry has given me the perfect haircut every time. Always friendly and attentive, each visit I'm 100% confident she'll make me look much better walking out the door than when I walked in :)

I brought both of my boys for haircuts today. The online appointment booking was very efficient. I like that you can choose a time not just for that day, but also days in advance. Bryce cut my older son’s hair, and he was thorough, very professional and above all else, kind. My son is on the spectrum. I did not tell Bryce that but it’s noticeable that my son has anxiety and hesitancy in new places, and it’s likely noticeable that he’s on the spectrum too. Some stylists have hesitancy with cutting the hair of an autistic person because of their sensory perceptions. I can, and I do pick up on that hesitancy, as does my son. Bryce was welcoming and definitely did NOT have that hesitancy and he also offered for me to sit in the stylist chair next to his booth to be closer to my son. I greatly

Best haircut I’ve gotten in years. I haven’t been in a long time. I was fed up and needed a haircut without much expectation. But wow was I amazed at my experience. Bryce did an amazing job with my hair and I couldn’t be happier. All of the stylists in the salon were super nice and the place was busy and clean! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Kayla was wonderful. On time, courteous and professional. I will be going back. I came here after an awful experience with Leslie at Hair I Am. I recommend Super Cuts and warn against Hair I Am.
