I can’t stress enough how much I love Caitlin and her business! She’s so sweet and very knowledgeable about product recommendations, general advice and overall self care. I’ve been going to her for Brazilian waxes & I absolutely love the results every time!! 🩷 As someone who used to be afraid to get it done, she made me feel comfortable & at ease with the process. The Waxing Loft is so clean and cozy, immediate calm once you walk in! I highly recommend this place to all my friends :)

My normal waxer cancelled my appointment so I decided to look for someone more local and im glad I did! Caitlyn was very kind and the wax she used was not harsh! I felt no discomfort while she was waxing my legs. I will definitely be coming here going forward!

I was looking for a waxer closer to where I live in Bristol, and The Waxing Loft popped up right away. I just left my first appointment, and let me tell you, the reviews about Caitlin making you feel comfortable are 100% true (and then some). I booked brows and a Brazilian, which can already feel nerve wracking, especially as a thicker girlie, but she immediately put me at ease. She’s so kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much more comfortable than I ever imagined. I even left learning new things about my skin that I never knew before! I’m so grateful to have found her and will absolutely be coming back. Don’t hesitate and go ahead and book Caitlin for all your waxing needs. You won’t regret it ❤️

Caitlin does an amazing job on my eyebrows! We have a conversation about what I want for shaping to make sure we are both on the same page prior to waxing. Literally gasp after my last wax my brows looked so good! 10/10 recommend!

The place to highly recommend. I’m so happy I found Caitlin. It’s not easy to just walk into a place and get waxed but walking into the waxing loft I felt so comfortable because of how sweet and comforting she is! She made me feel like we’ve known each other forever and also walked me through the steps even though I have done this before. The place is so clean and cute. Everyone else was very friendly. I’m happy to say I found my new person!
