Supercuts

I read several great reviews about Jan before making an appointment. My daughter desperately needed a trim last minute and we couldn’t get in to our regular salon. I brought her in for a simple dry trim and very clearly asked for only a tiny amount off the ends — no layers, no thinning, nothing drastic. At the chair my daughter made a quick comment like ‘you can cut a little more,’ and instead of checking with me, the stylist went ahead and took off 4 inches without confirming. Don’t get me wrong- her ends were dead but i specifically asked her not to cut more than an inch. On top of that, the salon did not feel clean, and the staff wasn’t particularly welcoming or friendly. My daughter is okay with the haircut, but the overall experience was disappointing. I called for an appointment and was able to get my three kids in that same day. My children have curly hair so I'm always a little worried that the stylists might have trouble with curly hair. All three stylists were great. My kids got cuts that they love and the prices were not outlandish. Update: my husband took my kids to get haircuts recently. All three loved their haircuts and their curls looked beautiful. I finally got myself in to get a haircut. While I was out at a restaurant I was actually stopped by a hairdresser who complimented me on how healthy and beautiful my hair looked. Supercuts is definitely worth visiting!

We love the convenience & how nice they always are. We've had better luck with some stylists than others -- but one can also schedule ahead and request a preferred stylist. The other day we got a great cut from Daniella. Best cut we've gotten anywhere since chopping our past-waistlength hair short almost 2 years ago.

I went to Supercuts for the first time without an appointment. Was taken right away and given a quick haircut. I was treated very well. The girl that cut my hair was very nice and pleasant. I didn’t get her name but she did a great job

Jan was fabulous 👌. Our requests weren't crazy elaborate, however, she did such a solid, fantastic job. Gave us exactly 100 percent what we asked for. She was thurough and kind and wasn't pushy or too talkative. She read our energy so well. Happy holidays!
