I’ve been searching for a hair salon that can expertly manage my curly hair, and Kim truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the salon, her warm and caring energy stood out. She clearly loves what she does, and her priority is ensuring that you leave completely satisfied with your results. I had such a pleasant experience at Roots Radicals North! To start, the owner and stylist is amazing! Hey Kim! I absolutely love my hair cut, and she also gave me great styling tips, and product suggestions. The shop itself is beautiful - Great Space, Great Energy, and Great Vibe!

First, let me start by saying I do not trust just anyone with my hair. All my life it has been a struggle to love my curls and manage them in a way that I was happy with. Today, meeting Kim has changed all that!!!! She was very patient, kind and informative, explaining each step and making sure I understood the game plan for my hair. Kim instructed me on all the special things that I should do to achieve my hair goals so I can embrace and love my curls. Bonus, all these special things will not take up much of my time, if anything it’ll be easier than my normal routine. All I can say it is well worth every penny spent.
