I had high hoped for this place. I just moved to the area and left my life long barber. I am a male who has long hair and as soon as i entered the rude comments started. It started with “i thought you were a female” at first I laughed it off and took it as a joke. Then as he was combing my hair to put it up and give me a fade his brush got stuck maybe 2 times and he says “this is why I don't do female hair” again i stood quiet to see how long this will go on for. Then again 30 seconds later “This is so frustrating I hate doing female hair” .I told him Im a guy, this is very unprofessional and Ive never had complaints about my hair in any other barber shop. I was looking for a local barber. I tried Al’s yesterday. I got the best haircut I have had in a long time. Raphael (Ralph) offered me coffee, asked what I wanted and knew exactly what I wanted done. He is methodical and meticulous. I can’t say enough, I have found my new barber. Thank you Ralph.
