Supercuts

My husband took our son for a haircut before a school dance. When he brought him home I could not believe what his hair looked like. Very uneven. I called into the store and explained the situation and that I would like some of my money back since my son only received a partial hair cut. I stated I would even send in Pictures of what his hair looked like. I was told that the manager was not in but would call me on Monday and could issue a refund. I never received a phone call, this was weeks ago now. No sort of refund. Nothing.

My daughter's hair isn't even straight, it is so uneven I bet my blind step cousin could have cut straighter than what this haircut is. I don't know if they just hire people off the street to do haircuts but there's no way someone that has gone through training couldn't be this bad I'm sorry but they can't. It was my daughter that got her hair cut and my wife and I didn't even notice it until we got home and now they're closed and I'm not making my daughter go to school tomorrow with her hair like that. I will be going up there in the morning with my daughter to get our money back and then taking that money to go get her a real haircut to fix it and on top of that she asked for about an inch and a half to be taken off they chopped off at least almost 3 inches of her hair; she had long Gorg

Tyler does some incredible work here. I asked for the simplest male cut and he made it look top teir no sweat. I saw very articulate techniques that felt like were really going the extra mile while still keeping the process smooth and time efficient. Bright and present personality as well.

We love how the stylist listens and makes sure my daughter gets exactly what she wants! Will definitely continue going to the same place. My daughter said everyone was so nice.

Great experience! My hair looked healthy and shiny after getting 3 inches cut off. I will be back for my next hair cut and will schedule with Tyler! He was so friendly and answered my questions.
