Karli at the front desk is amazing!! She is so accommodating and very polite. I loved her customer service! She is the reason I keep coming back. Every time I see her face, she lights up my day. She truly is the kindest person in that place! Her service was outstanding, it was extremely efficient and timely. She has rules to follow at her job so when something doesn’t work out in my favor she provides an option as to what I could do instead. Every time I am satisfied with my service with her and the waxers, of course! I will continue to go back for the professionalism alone. Thank you guys so much!

I received an eyebrow service from Brittny, and the results were excellent! Karli and Cara were very friendly and professional as well.
