My sister and I had the “party room” where we got to chat and relax while recharging using the sauna and cold plunge and finished off with the vitamin shower. The beauty bar was great so we didn’t have to leave with wet hair. 10/10 recommend! Great mom’s day out!

We had such a wonderful experience! Courtney and her team welcomed our coffee shop crew in for Employee Appreciation Night and made us feel so comfortable. They were thoughtful, knowledgeable about the facility and contrast therapy, and incredibly welcoming. The space itself is spotless and feels like a true luxury spa. I sauna regularly, but I was nervous about the cold plunge. It was tough getting in at first, but afterward I can’t even explain how amazing I felt—my mood was lifted, my body felt great, and I slept better than ever that night. I went back two days later and had the same incredible experience. The vitamin C shower was probably my favorite part, and I loved that they even provide complimentary Dyson blow dryers so I could dry my hair before leaving. I’ll definitely be rec

Very clean room. We did not feel rushed and had a very relaxing 60min doing two rounds of sauna and cold plunge. During our first time we were given complimentary waters and scented towels. Staff was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Will definitely be back again. We felt very relaxed after like we just got 90 min massages.

Hands down the best thing I do for myself in terms of self care. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and atmosphere is very relaxing. I have had a monthly membership since it opened and would definitely recommend trying it out if you've been curious.

This place is amazing! First the staff is incredible each person I have met has been very pleasant, willing to answer question and always go above and beyond. Each suite is supper clean clean and beautiful and created to be a relaxing experience which just adds to the experience. I have been a member since they opened and I can tell you this is one of the best experiences in the area.
