Supercuts

Scheduled an appointment prior for my 7 month old’s 1st haircut (he really needed it). 30min before the appointment I got a text asking to give a review as if I already had the appointment. I get there and they realize they made a mistake with their check ins. The women look at my son and become hesitant to assist me and my baby with a sour look on their faces while stating they want the baby sitting by himself on the booster seat. Company needs to specify on age range instead of having “Kids 10 & under” if they can’t execute what’s being advertised. Went down the street to Bastrop’s Classic cuts & Shaves Barbershop where they happily assisted me and made me feel welcomed.

I made an appointment online and took my daughter into Supercuts today for a kids’ cut. When we arrived, we were assigned to Roxanne. She took us back right away and asked us what we were looking to have done. I explained to her that my daughter has some sensory intolerances and a hard time sitting still. Roxanne was very patient and made her feel very comfortable. I am very grateful for her willingness to adjust when needed and ability to stay positive when facing a few challenges that may not have been the “norm”. We will definitely be returning and asking for her! Not to mention, my daughter left feeling like a total princess with her fresh trim! So, thank you Supercuts and Roxanne!

These ladies have been making my family better looking one clip at a time. My boys love going there and the girls have always been the best with them. “Haircut Day” is an outing that they look forward to every time! Thanks guys! 💙🩵❤️

This is the best place to get a haircut in Bastrop! The ladies are always so friendly and know how to cut hair. Can't say the same for any of the Supercuts in Austin though! 😂 And you can't beat the price! I just got a haircut by Rebecca - she was fabulous and I could tell she knew what she was doing. Now that my hair is nice and dry, I most definitely did not tip her enough! This has been my go to place the last 2 years after trying various other spots in town. I never go with a specific hairdresser I just go with whoever is available and every time they do a great job.

The receptionist Aiyanda was awesome! She invitingly welcomed me and made me feel at home. The stylist Rebecca was great. I can run my fingers through my hair again!
