I booked a deep tissue massage on Saturday with Teresa specifically to alleviate sciatic nerve pain in my left leg and glute resulting from an ACL tear. My physical therapist recommended this treatment; however, the service did not address my needs. Teresa spent very little time on my calf and did not work on my feet or quad at all. Furthermore, she worked over the sheet on my glute, which was painful, and the overall pressure throughout the session was inadequate. Despite asking several times for deeper pressure, she repeatedly reverted to a light touch. From the moment you walk in you feel the calmness and peacefulness it is exceptionally clean and in inviting. My masseuse was Heather I booked for a deep tissue massage and she delivered. I walked out feeling loose and invigorated from it. And she knew exactly how to work the points of interest that needed help. She is definitely going to be my go to for further massages. She is a gem. Their beds are fantastic as well which is an important part of a massage.
