Super Nails

First of all the salon is dirty, there were clumps of hair on the floor near where i was sitting. It did not appear that any of the tools he used were sanitized I wish I had said something. Got acrylics and he didn’t properly smooth the tops with the dremel so they are bumpy and uneven, didn’t put enough acrylic powder on half of them so some are way too thin, they aren’t even matching lengths, then forced me to get 2 layers of clear gel when I asked for only one then charged me $60. Didn’t even get color. Never going here again. If I could give negative stars I would.

This is the second time I visited this place. They are told me one price when I clearly asked for the service I wanted by phone. Once there, knowing what I wanted, they offered me a similar product for my nails and as a surprise they charged me double for color acrylic -no gel-. The original service was natural acrylic -no gel-. Additionally they pasted the tip over my nails and let a space between my nail and acrylic, with the risk food, dirt or humidity affects my nail. Terrible service, low quality and definitely not worth it. If I had known they would charge that much, I would’ve gone to a nicer place.

Great experience every time I go, with excellent designs on acrylic nails by both the men who work there. They just renovated the place and it looks a lot more modern now. They're fast and do a good job for very reasonable prices. Happily a regular there.

I have been going to this nail salon intermittently since moving back to DC almost two years ago. I frequented it more last year and the service has pretty much been the same since day one. The level of service and expertise depends on the tech. I have pretty much only had either Tee, Fee, Fee's husband or the young lady that sits in front of the door service me all of the times that I have patronized the establishment and they have always done a good job. They take their time with application and freestyling designs that I show them and FOR THE MOST PART, my nails last. Although, last year after breaking two nails really low during a water balloon fight with my kids, instead of them telling me to wait until the nails grow back a little to get tips reapplied back on the nails, they applied

The wait was horrendous... it's also Mother's Day weekend. The customer service was bad but they do great nails. In all honesty, I'll be returning.
