Super Elegance Nails and Spa

this place opens at 9:30 and i’ve literally been waiting for a hour for them to open. this is very unprofessional and an inconvience to the customers you guys should really change your hours if your gonna always be late🤦🏽‍♀️and on top of that they don’t have the shop hours or the menu for the services they offer not having these things are bad for your business.

If I could give zero stars I honestly would. Even after I told this lady about my horrible experience with another nail salon and that I just moved in the area and I'm trying to find a nail spot closer to this side, instead of having to drive all the way to NW she still did a HORRIBLE job smh. Literally told her it was bumpy and didn't look right $80 for a fillin and they just told another girl for a full set it was $47 smh. Just Trash. I can't even believe people spend they money here. Then after she hears me tell my wax specialist I may be running a little late she decides to stop my nails so she can wax someone's eyebrows. Just all around a horrible trash experience.

I like them but it's certain people in there I prefer. I guess that's with any place you are getting treatment. I paid a whopping $78 today for a full set and a pedicure with gel & 2 fingers designed. They do charge you for things some Salon give part of the pedicure and manicure. I took a picture of a notice all the flaws I guess I was sitting in there so long I didn't see no flaws I just saw I want to get out. (It wasn't that long it was the normal start to finish time. I was just hungry and sleepy)

The experience was ok overall. This was my first time at this salon. I walked in to get a pedicure and was seated almost immediately. I waited about 10 min for someone to start the service which was fine with me. As I was looking around I noticed that the place could definitely use an update. It wasn't necessarily dirty, but it was super old so it appeared dirty. The woman who did my nails did an ok job. She definitely rushed through it and wasn't very precise with the nail polish. From afar, the polish looks fine but it could've definitely been cleaner. The closer you get, the more you see the careless details. They charged me 51 for a gel pedicure with callus removal (which she definitely could have put more pressure into. I actually told her to scrub harder and she barely did). Also, wh
