I decided to give this place a try despite the poor reviews. The location was favorable and a friend had a decent experience here. With that being said, you live and you learn.😒 My advice, should you foolishly decide to make an appointment, get the price in writing with the picture and make sure you are VERY clear! (Which I was!) I arrived a day in advance with a picture of what I wanted and was told the price, when I arrived the next day for my appointment, I showed the photo again and expressed that I wanted it exactly like the photo expecting to hear the same price as we had just discussed it the afternoon before! I have been going to Sunugal braiding for many years. I had been absent for a while, but I came back. They do a good job of braiding. They are nice and polite. The only problem I had was the appointment time. If you tell me to there at 10am or whatever time we agree on I expect my Braider to be on time also. Other than that I was very happy with my hair and I will give them my business again.
