Velvet Sknn is truly outstanding. If I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would! As a Black woman owned business, she brings not only skill but an amazing sense of professionalism, warmth, and care to every service. This was my first Brazilian wax, and she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her customer service is top-tier. She’s super sweet, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about her clients. She took the time to give me clear pre- and post-care instructions, which I truly appreciated. The whole experience was smooth, quick, and surprisingly pleasant. I will most definitely be back and will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Mariah is truly a waxing and skincare queen! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. My wax sessions with her are unbelievably quick, always under 15 minutes, yet she never rushes the process. She’s precise, gentle, and her technique is chef’s kiss. What I love most is the lasting results. The hair grows back super slow and much finer, which makes my touch-up appointments a breeze. Honestly, the pain is minimal now compared to my very first visit, which speaks to her skill and consistency. If you’re looking for someone who will give you flawless results, make you feel at ease, and keep your skin looking and feeling amazing, Mariah is the one. I won’t let anyone else touch my skin!

My new wax girl never miss. You know how you want that man to talk you through it, well my girl talks you through everything. She creates a safe, clean, and private environment where I can feel comfortable asking any questions. I even asked her about things I've seen online or best practices for my body and what I want and she always has a information on what I need to do to achieve my goal. Even though I'm super dramatic it's all love. Book with a great wax professional that now feels like a life long friend. You still reading and you need to book an appointment because your coochie is hairy and he don't like that.

I have visited this establishment multiple times and Mariah is so professional and knowledgeable ❤️. I even booked an appointment for my boyfriend to get a back facial and she was able to help surprise him and leave his back clear ! Not only is she great at waxing but she’s also amazing with facials. 100/10 recommend. Can’t wait to sit on her table again soon.
