Sunrise African Braids

I came here a few days ago for the first time and had a great experience. My braider, Precious, was kind and did an amazing job on my hair. I got boho Island twist. The braids are so neat, and the parts are perfect! She also took the time to carefully explain how to care for my boho hair pieces, which I really appreciated. I’ve been getting a lot of compliments. The service was quick and professional. I love that you can set appointments! I have no complaints. I plan to return when it’s time to get my hair done again.

I had an amazing experience here with Precious. She was very kind & diligent in her work. It didn’t take too long & her work is very neat. Looks just like the reference photo I showed her. I love my hair a lot & I even got compliments from strangers soon after exiting the shop. 10/10 would recommend. I’m definitely coming back!

I love this salon!!!! The braiders are very skilled, my personal favorite is Miss Precious she is amazing at what she does, you’ll end up looking ready for the red carpet after coming here! 20/10 recommend

DO NOT COME HERE 🚩🚩🚩I came yesterday to have goddess Locs removed and noticed when I got home they actually cut my real hair during the removal process. I called this morning to complain and request my money back and the owner said she was sorry and that was all she could say/do. She also stated that it’s normal for them to cut peoples hair when removing the locs. When I requested my money back she hung up in my face. I have never experienced such careless and disgusting behavior. Shame on you and I hope the $80 I paid for the removal serves you well. I am honestly lost for words. Absolutely deplorable!!

Sunrise is such a convenient salon! They work quickly without sacrificing quality, and their work is always so neat and polished. I love how efficient they are while still giving great results. Definitely a go-to spot if you want reliable service done right. My hair is always GORGEOUS!
