The employees were nice, and my nails looked great! But I paid $80 + tip for dip powder nail extensions with a gel color & one cracked after 2 days. After 1 week, multiple extensions had cracked and broken. After 9 days, two of the nails had popped off. By two weeks, all of the nails popped off. So essentially I paid $80 for about a week of cute nails.

Reasonable service, I walked in at 3 and there was nobody else there so was seen straight away. $15 plus tip for a Venus manicure which is the basic one. It was over in about ten minutes plus another ten to dry so very fast service. It would have been nice for the hand massage to go longer than 30 seconds.

I typically come to this salon on my lunch break for the convenience and usually I have a good experience; however, I went in today after calling first to set an appointment and was not serviced because I was told I didn't specify the type of manicure service I would like. Although I'm never asked specifics over the phone and I'm usually in and out, my appointment wasn't honored and I was told to come back at a later time although only one other customer was in the shop. This left such a bad taste in my mouth because it was super unprofessional and the employees didn't seem concerned about me being inconvenienced. I will never return and advise others to ask more questions than normal if deciding to come here.

The manager is very nice. This place had been my reliable back up when I couldn’t get to my regular nail salon. I hadn’t been here in over a year, but I went not even two weeks ago and already the gel broke and popped off of 2 of my thumb nails. I went back and had the first one fixed when it popped off in less than a week. Now that the same thing has happened to my other thumb nail, I’ve decided not to go back to them for my gel refills. It seems like either the quality of the gel has changed or they’re cutting corners in an effort to get working customers quickly out of the shop. Their pedicures are wonderful with the hot stones, so if I go back, it will be just for that.

Classless and just outright rude!!! So I got my nails done while I was out of town, and one of the nails broke. Venus spa and nail is right around the corner from where I live, so I figured I would just stop in and have them replace the nail for me. Plus I figured since it is in walking distance to home, if it was a good experience this would totally be my new spot! I would have never foreseen the experience that I had here. I was treated so rude it was absolutely appalling. So when I walk in, there are two people in the shop working, and they were with customers and you could tell that they had been working on those customers for a while. She doesn't tell me that they were too busy or couldn't help me right when I walked in. Instead, she asks me what do I need to have done. I tol
