Sun Tan City

The staff were so kind and helpful. I've only Just started my tanning journey so I ask a lot of questions and everyone was so helpful. I used the spa massage chair today. We are now best friends. As for the spray tan, I definitely had a Ross moment (Friends). IYKYK. Super worried about what I will look like tomorrow. Oh-well, I know I'll get it figured out with such a wonderful staff. Keep it up.

Staff tell wrong wait times, spray tans do not take 30 min. I will continue to go to Beaumont center. Never had a problem at Beaumont sun tan city, if you need help hire ppl but not at 12 dollars

Had what should have been a simple fix which was switching my account from debit to ACH which if you do you also get 30 upgrade points. Well my husband and I just came to Richmond Rd and the routing number and account number were wrong. We didn't have our upgrade points. This could have caused a major issue for me because I am upgraded on a buddy pass and would have lost that also would have lost our accounts. So my routing and account number as well as my husband's (same number) were incorrect. If you're coming here to just tan it should be fine but ANY financial/debit/ACH being done should be at a different location if you want it done correctly. The 2nd star is for being able to tan with ease. However 1 star because this REALLY could have messed up our accounts.

Only half of the spray tan booth worked, the left side was not spraying. Took forever to finally find customer service number (It is not the store number and it is not listed on their website) where they told me to just "wash it off" and come back..... as if they are easy to completely wash off? No money back or anything was offered to me. I look like this on my entire body, but I attached a photo of my legs.

Belated review... Absolutely love this salon! Have been going there for years and cant say enough about how awesome the staff is. I especially love Jessica, Mgr, and Ashley as they are always patient with any of my questions and offer helpful tips on getting the best tan. They personalize my tanning experience & know me by name, sometimes they see me coming in and will already have me pulled up on computer. THAT is amazing customer service!! Also a belated comment review but a couple years ago I broke ankle and was not able to drive for a couple months, let alone tan. Jessica was able to get it okayed that my account was put on hold until I was able to return. Again, AMAZING customer service!!! <3
