Sun Tan City

One star is generous. They are very good at selling packages of services that they don’t even provide. My wife and I went in about 2 weeks ago, the woman talked us into buying 2 packages. Each package included a spa and 2 tanning sessions. We purchased 2, one for each of us. They don’t offer the spa at this location but Her sales pitch was that we could call them and they would exchange the spa for a tanning session. Not true, then when we returned to use the 2nd tanning sessions, it turns out the package expired days ago, only good for 2 weeks, of coarse they neglected to tell us that when purchased it. Seems they get some sort of commission to sell packages that they can’t even honor. Terrible customer relations. Won’t ever go back. I’ll stick with my locally owned tanning salon.

I’m so happy to be back to tanning at Sun Tan City in Keene! The staff here is absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always professional. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the tanning beds are top-notch. It’s always a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get their glow on!

The staff here is amazing. Nicole, the manager has been great hiring the best girls she can. They are all so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They keep an extremely clean salon. They make it obvious that they have fun doing what they do here. Thank you Nicole, Makayla, Danielle, Samantha and Mandi!

I’ve been going to Sun Tan city for five years now usually just for the spring summer months and call it a day. Over the years I formed a friendship with the girls that work there. Their customer service is superb. They’re kind they’re funny and they’re always happy to see their customers come in always accommodating if you’re running a little bit late and they’re just about to close well I’ve had good luck with that. I consider them friends and I enjoy going there even if it’s just for a 12 minute nap as I call it and they all kind of giggle at that. Thank you ladies of suntan city in Keene.👏👏 Well done!!!!

After every tan, each bed is sanitized. Very clean! The staff? Extremely friendly, very professional, incredibly knowledgeable regarding your skin tone, which bed would work for you and for how long so you don't burn. The products that are sold are high end and well worth the money! I will never go anywhere else!
