Sharing as I hope that this changes. I love coming to this salon. The people are the friendliest staff always! lately I have noticed that I am not asked what bed I would prefer and am just put into same bed each time. I have been wanting to due move around a bit for better color. I’ve also noticed the staff is quite loud in the back office which is near the bed they put me in and I go to relax and always hear laughing loudly. The biggest thing I noticed recently are the horrible towels laid on the beds. I would use these to clean a bed and provide better ones for the customers. I made a point to looked at all other beds as u left last time and all had same raggedy towels on each bed. While I like this salon I have been driving the distance to other locations where I haven’t experienced

These girls at this location are just amazing. I would never go anywhere else since I have created a bond with all of them and they treat me with the utmost respect. I feel like I have created a friendship with each and every one of them and they're always a joy to see and be around.

I was on month-to-month, cancelled, and then these clowns turned it back on months later without notifying me. When I caught it, I asked them, once again to cancel, and also asked for a refund for the two months they charged me before I caught what they did. They refused so I had to dispute with my credit card company. These people are like herpes... they just won't go away. I recommend you avoid them at all costs.

Not sure how they stay open because it's always so quiet there, but I'm not complaining. I've only ever had to wait for a bed once. The rooms are very clean, and they seem to have good/consistent help for a group of part time employees.
