Daughter and got pedis cause it was her bday. Enjoyed every moment. Not only was it nice to spend time with her and do something she wanted but the staff were very fun and we all talked a lot: they made her the princess of the shop. Angie I recall was so sweet and said if I was looking I could be her husband lol it was a pleaaant experience and I will be making it a regular. I also am surprised how good my feet feel after and how sore it was to begin with . Recommend this place.

Please don’t offer liquid/hard gel if you don’t have the skill or patience for good application. It’s my fault for letting the tech play in my face. I will never cheat on my tech again. I corrected the tech a couple of times and then gave up. I wanted to cry in the car.

While here in jax I’m glad I needed a fix on my nail. I anticipated my last set wouldn’t deal with anything since I’m just vacationing but I had to use my hands for some tire fixing. Glad I got to get my nails redone here cause they were a mess. Laurie was sweet and accommodating and a beast with her design skills.

Two star only since staff is nice, but nails are uneven, paint is lumpy, and none of the nails are even close to same size/shape from hand to hand. Initially got French and they weren’t even or even close to same sizes. Went back 20 minutes later and I believe it was the manager who repainted them. Paint was lumpy and not smooth. Nails began lifting within a week and my cuticles were sore for 2 days after. Yet another nail salon charging high prices for low quality. Disappointing.

They lucky to get 1 star...I just moved here from NY. Came here, WACK. the girl that was doing my pedi had a mask on, ok no problem. I asked her name for POTENTIAL FUTURE PURPOSES...ha!!! She said her name 2 times. I replied hailey??? She shook her head yes....🤣🤣🤣🤣 at the end when I got the bill, her name was KELLY....really....she lost a customer. For sure. Would i retry this place again, HELL TO THE NO!!!! NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY THEIR RATING IS 3.7....AGAIN!!! WACK!!!!!
